To protect the rights of our Worshippers, after a discussion with the EROLABS team, it has been decided that players will be able to refund all the ECoins spent between April 25 – May 08 in Velvet React.

Refund process:
Please use the [Contact Us] feature on the EROLABS website before Jun 09, and the message title should read “Velvet React Refund Application for ECoins Spent between April 25 – May 08.”
